Preperation time: 15 minutes (make the night before)

Divide the following ingredients equally between 2 bowls

6 cups oats

6 cups water

Grated rind an juice of 2 lemons or oranges

1 litre yoghurt or quark thinnend down with milk

4 Tbsp honey (depending on how sweet the fruit is)

Mix well and refrigerate over night

In the morning add:

Fresh fruit, 2-3 grated apples or the equivalent in plums etc.

Mix well and serve.
