Over-night Bread

Makes 2 large loaves

16 cups wholemeal flour

2 desertspoons honey

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon yeast

warm water ( it is not necessary to froth up yeast and honey in warm water)

Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Mix to a firm dough with warm water.

Knead about 10 minutes.

Cover and leave to rise over night in a warm place.

In the morning preheat the oven to 180°C.

Halve the dough, knead into shape and place into 2 large loaf tins.

Bake about 1 hour or until the loaf sounds hollow.
